Okay not sure what the hell is going on. I initially installed III on a new gaming laptop, and it was working fine. Even with the controller. Now all of a sudden it won't load at all. In case the above fixes didn’t solve the problem. There are ways to troubleshoot it and look for other missing files. This is by using the Dependency Walker that runs on Windows 8 and below OS.
