Push On Ignition Key: Battery Replacement Done: Test New Fob Battery: Push the metal ignition key piece back in to the fob until it clicks in to place. It could be going through an idle relearn from the battery going dead. When I would change the battery in my 2005 Mazda 3, it always ran through an idle relearn process where the idle would jump like this and would even come close to stalling. A couple of drives and it all went back to normal.
