I have a 2001 E46 325iT and swopped a 2005 330i Sedans engine, gearbox, prop, diff, and rear trailing arms with shafts into my wagon. The Sedan has DSC with the BLUE plug abs sensor and my wagon has ASC with the Grey plug ABS sensor.

Bias works out to 57.9% front. E46 330 fronts are: 57mm piston acting on a 325mm rotor. (25mm vented.) If we put the E46 328 fronts on with E36 325 rears, we get 61.6% front bias. If we put the E46 330 fronts on with E36 325 rears, we get 64.8% front bias. If we put the E46 330 fronts on with E46 328 rears, we get 61.2% front bias. 1 Jack car up and place on jackstands. 2 using impact wrench and 17mm socket remove front wheel. 3 using 3/8 long ratchet and 16mm short socket remove caliper retaining bolts. 4 remove brake caliper and suspend with wire from strut being careful to not bend the brake hose.

Fit the front dics, pads and calipers off an M3 to the 330d but when i took the brakes off the 330d i saw that the caliper carrier wouldnt fit, i then found out you have to machine off the caliper carrier off the M3 to make them fit to the 330d.
